
Expressed mandarine peel & dehydrated mandarine wheel
In a shaker add all ingredients
30ml Mezcal (I used Bruxo 3 barril)
30 ml Napoléon Mandarine
15 ml Suze
15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
30ml Lime juice
Shake with cubed ice and double strain in a Nick and Nora glass.
express one peel of mandarine over the glass
optional : garnish with a dehydrated mandarine peel
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Bruxo No.1 Espadín Joven 100% Agave Mezcal |
1/2 fl oz | Suze gentian liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
