Mandarin wedge
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake well until the tin begins to frost, about 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a mandarin wedge.
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Cane juice/Agricole blanc (unaged) rhum |
| 1 fl oz | Gin |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
| 2 dash | Cardamom bitters |
