
Mandarin wedge
Combine ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake well until the tin begins to frost, about 20 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a mandarin wedge.
3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Martinique blanc rhum agricole |
1 fl oz | Gin |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
2 dash | Cardamom bitters |
