Coriander sprig, dry lime and optional a bird's eye chili to adjust the heat
Add all the ingredients in the shaker and shake with ice.
In a double fashion glass with ice, fine strain to avoid coriander leaves.
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 2 2/3 fl oz | Coconut water |
| 1 Splash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 3 sprig | Coriander/Cilantro leaves |
| 1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2/3 fl oz | Hennessy Privilège VSOP Cognac |
| 2 slice | Bird's eye chili (Thai chili) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
