For the Decoration on the glass: Peel a mandarin without the white pith. Let the peels dry in the oven at 100 degrees for 2-3 hours. Put the dried peels in a blender and grind into very small pieces. Gently spread a small amount of honey along the rim of your glass and sprinkle the mandarin pieces over it. This will be your glass decoration.
The cocktail:
Pour the Mandarine Napoleon, lemon juice, and honey syrup into the glass.
Add two ice cubes.
Peel a thin strip of lemon and add it as well.
Top the cocktail with the cava.
Stir it with the strainer and enjoy your cocktail.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
2 fl oz | Cava sparkling wine |
