Highball (max 10oz/300ml)Garnish:
Half madarine and flowers
How to make:
In a boston , add 15 ml simple syrup, 15 ml lemon juice, 30 ml Mandarine Napoleon Juice, 30 ml rhum and egg white. Shake a first time, the add some ice glass. Shake again and strain and transfer into a highball. Top with blood orange soda. Add few drops of orange bitter on foam. Garnish with half mandarine and few flowers.

| 1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | HSE Rhum Blanc Agricole |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| Top up with | Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda |
| 2 drop | Orange bitters |
