
If you do it correctly the Peychaud's Bitters form a beautiful red circle on top of the cocktail.
Spray the inside of the small snifter glass with Absinth, and drop 4 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters on the bottom. Put it in the freezer.
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain carefully in the glass, best do it over a barspoon.
5/6 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
5/6 fl oz | Rhum Clément Blanc |
1/3 fl oz | Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur |
