Lemon slice & fresh fruit (such as a strawberry)
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a shaking tin with ice and shake to combine. Double strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubs or an ice spear. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh fruit.
| 1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Appleton Signature rum |
| 1/2 fl oz | Chinola passion fruit liqueur |
| 3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters |
| Top up with | Soda (club soda) water |
