Sprig of fresh Mint

How to make:

Have all ingredients mine en place.
In a large shaker tin, add fresh mint ( about 10-12 leaves) and add 1 oz fresh squeezed and strained lime juice. Using muddler, proceed to muddle mint leaves.
With a jigger, add 1 oz Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur and 1 oz of your favorite light rum
Fill shaker with a scoop of ice and shake vigorously, about 10-12 shakes.
Pour a small amount of Waterloo Ginger Citrus Twist sparkling water into a collins glass ( for effervescence)
Double strain the contents of the shaker into the Collins glass.
Add a small scoop of crushed or pebble ice to the glass leaving about 1-1.5 inches of space.
Top the remaining space off with the Waterloo water.
Garnish with a leafy sprig of mint

13 cupful Mint leaves
1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
3/4 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Waterloo Sparkling Water Ginger Citrus Twist
1 fl oz Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old)
