skewered mandarin orange, dehydrated lemon wheel.
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add 3/4 full scoop of cubed ice, seal tin and shake for 5-8 seconds. Dump contents into a double old-fashioned glass and add a 5.5in straw.

| 1/2 fl oz | Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (1 sugar : 1 water) |
| 1/4 fl oz | Window's Mugi Ichi Shochu |
| 1 1/4 fl oz | Uncle Nearest 1856 Tennessee Whiskey |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
