How to make:
1 - Measure and pour all ingredients into a shaker and add ice
2 - Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass rimmed with sugar
3 - Garnish with orange twist

| 1 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Cardamom sugar syrup |
| 1/4 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
| 2 dash | Fee Brothers Cherry bitters |
| 1 fl oz | Gin |
