Glass: Old fashioned
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake for 20 secs, remove ice and shake for 30-40 secs, strain into a glass over a big ice cube.

30ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth
15ml Fresh lime juice
