Neon lights and trendy atmosphere, Sweet Liberty in Miami offers American bites and cocktails that cover all bases from simple to unique and creative.
Urban industrial loft meets Miami sheek, complete with exposed air-con ducting, a red angle pose spider lamp, scallop-shaped red banquet seating and a sports screen. A pink neon declares "pursue happiness", as indeed do the bartender's shirts. Pursuit of happiness is helped by an outstanding back bar with a custom welded ladder system enabling the bartenders access to the floor to ceiling array of bottles - truly top-shelf.
Cocktails are well above average and we particularly enjoyed: Mezcalaro (served on-the-rocks); Beast of bourbon (served on-the-rocks); and Sideswipe (served over crushed ice).
The seat at the "Bartender's Table" behind the bar are the best seats in the house, and probably in Miami.
