Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Stewed rhubarb nose with praline and cream ice-cream, butterscotch and honeyed wood chips.
Taste:
Graceful lightly oily palate with delicate yet assertive oak, nuts, juniper and gentle cracked black pepper tingle.
Aftertaste:
Slightly reminiscent of a mature grain whisky. Nutty, juniper finish with gentle spice.
