These rums have been aged in their Caribbean distilleries in hot and humid conditions, generally in American ex-whiskey casks. After being shipped to Cognac Ferrand's Chateau de Bonbonnet the rums are transferred into casks previously used to age cognac and left in Cognac Ferrand's cool cellars for several months to two years. The result is a range of 'Plantation' branded rums from around the Caribbean.

Clear, golden amber with polished copper highlights.
Pungent, fresh coconut flesh dominated nose with desiccated coconut, rolling tobacco smoked macaroons waxed paper, delicate cinnamon, tropical fruit and sandalwood.
Rich coconut palate with vanilla and slight sweetness amplifying the flavour. Delicate balancing spice, subtle oak, almond and toffee-apple cider flavours. Think incredibly complex pina colada.
Long, sweet, slightly confected coconut biscuit, desiccated coconut finish with toffee and faint peppery spice.
