Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Cinnamon, vanilla ice-cream, cream-of-soda, golden syrup and pistachio.

Taste:

Sweet vanilla and delicate spice. Vanilla ice-cream, lavender, burnt fruit cake and balanced spice – cinnamon, clove and nutmeg.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
