Clear, chestnut brown/old copper with retentive off white head and light lacing.
Aroma:
Biscuity with slight eggy note and festive spice.
Taste:
Caramel, toasted brown bread, nutmeg, cinnamon and black pepper.
Aftertaste:
Bready and lightly bitter with faint black pepper.
