A Polish liqueur based on Vestal rye vodka and flavoured with a syrup made from steeped hand-picked elderberries and elderberry flowers.

Appearance:

Clear but not bright, golden honey hue.

Aroma:

Honeyed stewed pear nose with buttery floralaromas.

Taste:

Slightly syrupy with pear and elderflower and faint lavender wrapped in a thick honey with peppery alcohol and light spice preventing it from becoming cloying. As elderflower/berry liqueurs go, this is on the full-bodied heavy side.

Aftertaste:

Honey and elderflower with faint spice.
