Single distilled from one-third Baco 22A and two-thirds Folle Blanche in 1987 at Domaine de Coquillon. Aged 25 years, finished and bottled in 2012 by Francis Darroze. Bottled without chill-filtration or additives such as boise and sugar.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with green tint.

Aroma:

Delicate and floral with subtle nutty treacle and dried fruit.

Taste:

Luxurious and silky with gingerbread, runes and brazil nuts.

Aftertaste:

Long, silky finish.
