Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Good agave character with green olive, and herbal brine.

Taste:

Wonderfully clean, crisp, dry but not bone dry. Light black pepper spice with hints of grapefruit, citrus and fresh herbs.

Aftertaste:

Satisfying, long and very slightly smoky.
