Created by Compass Box in 2013 for Selfridges as a homage to the store's founder Gordon Selfridge, credited for revolutionising the retail experience and making shopping entertaining. The Entertainer contains a whopping 75% malts (Highlands, Speyside and Islay) to 25% Lowland single grain whisky.
Aged predominantly in first-fill American oak ex-bourbon barrels with approximately nine months secondary maturation in heavily toasted new French oak. Bottled without chill-filtration or the addition of caramel colour. Only 1,000 bottles were produced and these are exclusively available from Selfridges' stores and selfridges.com.

Clear, pale golden amber.
Refined herbal smokiness, coal dust, perfectly done buttered toast, vanilla and earthy dry leafy forest floor.
Elegant and rounded with generous peaty smoke, honeyed sweet barley cereal and apple with nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
Smoky spice, then mushroom soup before more smoky cinnamon spice and sweetened apple juice.
