Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/06/2013

Appearance:

Clear, deep reddish brown (almost opaque).

Aroma:

Slightly sweet and very viscous. Biscuit tin filled with cookies. Faint chocolate.

Taste:

More chocolaty on the palate than the biscuity nose suggests.

Aftertaste:

Strangely the finish is more like the nose than the palate with biscuit dominating the chocolate. Vanilla also emerges in the buttery, dark chocolate biscuity finish.
