Orange syrup was the first citrus flavoured sugar syrup produced by Monin. Ingredients: Sugar, water, concentrated orange and lemon juice, acidifying citric acid, natural fruit an plant extracts, orange natural favouring, colouring agents: E102, E163.

Cloudy, pale orange.
Subdued, zesty orange oils.
Concentrated orange squash. Clean, zesty orange and candied orange with pronounced citric acidity.
Orange zest and lingering citric acidity.
