Clear, deep coppery amber with glints of burgundy.

Aroma:

Pungent, black strap molasses and earthy oak with raisins, sultanas and vanilla.

Taste:

Rich and full-bodied with treacle, burnt notes, caramelised fruit and peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

Black and red pepper corns, overripe banana and treacle.
