The first bottling of Sloe Bloom liqueur based on Bloom London Dry Gin was released as a limited edition in November 2013. Master Distiller, Joanne Moore, created this liqueur by steeping hand-picked sloe berries in her floral Bloom Gin.

Appearance:

Clear reddy-tawny brown with ruby tints.

Aroma:

Grated almond, red berry/sloe berry fruit, kirsch, chamomile and faint blackened banana.

Taste:

Lightly syrup sweet, fruity sloe berry with subtle amaretto and cherry. Cinnamon, rooty spice and black pepper grow to dry the palate with faint charcoal note.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon spiced berry fruit with faint liquorice and toasted almond.
