Appearance:
Stable, long-lasting fluffy white foam with fairly even bubble size.
Aroma:
Bitter cacao, chocolate powder.
Taste:
Bitter-sweet dark chocolate (reminiscent of brown Smarties) that builds in bitterness.
Aftertaste:
Bitter chocolate finish.
