Appearance:

Faint haze, mahogany red with retentive thick beige head.

Aroma:

Red berry fruit, cherries and muscavado sugar with faint clove and nutmeg.

Taste:

Tart fruit balances jammy fruit sweetness with morello cherry and light cleansing black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering cherry jam with oak character from cask aging emerging.
