Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/04/2015

Appearance:

(sample best before end Dec/15) Cloudy, hazy white, grey-green

Aroma:

Zesty lemon, somewhat reminiscent of a lemon scented cleaning product.

Taste:

Light carbonation, zesty lemon and citric acidity balanced by light icing sugar sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Sugary zesty lemon.

Overall:

A note of sugary is perhaps as prevalent as lemon flavours.
