The entry level cognac in the Richard Delisle range, this VS is blended from eaux-de-vie aged in a cask for at least two years in the Cabanne family’s traditional cellars bordering the River Charente.
In 2015 it was awarded Outstanding Silver at the IWSC Awards.

Appearance:
Clear, mid-golden amber.
Aroma:
Prune, candied ginger and pear with caramel, walnuts and lime zest.
Taste:
Reassuringly dry with crème brûlée, gingerbread, prunes, tobacco leaf, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Aftertaste:
Crème brûlée, caramel and lingering gingerbread, nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
Overall:
A relatively dry, quality VS cognac with crème brûlée, ginger bread, prunes, tobacco leaf, nutmeg and cinnamon.
