Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Pungent and wonderfully aromatic fresh peach flesh with faint peach jam and lemon zest.
Taste:
Syrupy peach jam with some balancing citrus acidity.
Aftertaste:
Fades with peach jam and lingering tart citrus and acidity.
Overall:
A nose of freshly cut succulent peach leads to a peach jam palate with pronounced citrus acidity.
