Appearance:

Hazy, deep mahogany with a thick retentive light beige head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Piney and grassy hops, bready malt and caramel.

Taste:

Medium bodied. Bitter pine resins, grassy and citrusy hops with underlying brown bready malt.

Aftertaste:

Lingering resinous pine and grassy hop bitterness with light spice.

Overall:

Brawny pine and grassy hops characterise this festive American red ale.
