Review and Tasting

Clear, golden amber. (SRM: 10)
Vanilla fudge, toffee, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon and faint (attractive) notes of Bacardi’s signature blue cheese and mushroom soup.
Initial slight vanilla and dark honey sweetness quickly dries with toffee, toasty oak, clove and cracked black pepper spice.
Relatively dry caramel, toffee, vanilla and light spice.
An easy, well-balanced and very tasty sipping rim at an affordable price. We concur with The Sun newspapers “TOP TIPPLE - Bacardi’s got a new posh dark rum to woo over snobby drinkers – and it costs £25 a bottle.” Certainly wooed us.
