Aromatic savoury bitters designed to add "Mediterranean aromas" to a Dirty Martini and other cocktails with notes of green olive, brine, mustard, sage and thyme.
Initially launched solely as part of The Bitter Truth Bar Pack, demand led to the release of a full-sized 200 ml bottling in early 2017.

Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Pungent olives, garlic and sea salt.
Taste:
Rooty bitterness with intense olive oil flavours underpinned by salt and garlic.
Aftertaste:
Olive oil and garlic finish.
Overall:
Six generous dashes of these Olive Bitters (around 5ml / 1/6oz) added to a 5 to 1 Dry Martini makes for the most delicious Dirty Martini. Everyone likes olives pickled with a touch of garlic and these bitters brilliantly replicate this flavour.
