Appearance:
Pale salmon pink.
Aroma:
Ripe strawberries and raspberries with vermouth and light herbal rooty scents.
Taste:
Sweet ripe strawberries and raspberries with cream-of-soda vanilla balanced with lightly bitter herbal (bay leaf) rootiness and white wine acidity.
Aftertaste:
Raspberry fruitiness, light acidity and root herbal notes.
Overall:
Fruitier and lighter in style when compared to leading Italian rosato vermouths with distinctive berry fruit and vanilla.
