Monin Cinnamon Roll Syrup is designed to have the aroma and taste of just-baked cinnamon rolls with comforting buttery notes. For use in cocktails, hot chocolates, cappuccinos, frappes, milkshakes and lattes.
Monin Cinnamon Roll Syrup is vegan-friendly, allergen-free, and is made using natural flavourings, natural colourings, with no added preservatives.
Once opened, it will keep for three months at room temperature.

Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Cinnamon and buttery flaky pastry.
Taste:
Cinnamon, muscovado sugar and buttery pastry.
Aftertaste:
A continuation of the palate.
Overall:
Quite different from Monin's Cinnamon (Cannelle) Syrup, as the name suggests, this syrup has pastry and brown sugar flavours as well as cinnamon.
