SWIZZLE all ingredients in a Julep cup with crushed ice.
1 1/2 fl oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
1/2 fl oz | Full-bodied sweet vermouth (e.g. Antica Formula) |
1/3 fl oz | Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) |
2/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
