Stemmed Cherry & Short Straw

How to make:

ADD all ingredients (EXCEPT cherry herring liqueur) into rocks glass.
FILL glass half way with crushed ice.
CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
ADD more crushed ice.
POUR cherry herring liqueur over top.

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Bourbon whiskey
1/2 fl oz Amaretto liqueur
1 fl oz Single cream/half-and-half
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
