
Drizzle brandied cherry syrup across the top of the drink, and place 1-2 brandied cherries on a cocktail pick along the rim
Combine ingredients in a cocktail tin (add the spring from a Hawthorne strainer for extra aeration if you like) and dry shake for 10 seconds. Remove the coil and shake with a large ice cube for 8-10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a brandied cherry and cherry syrup.

1/4 fl oz | Amaro Braulio |
1 1/2 fl oz | Wild Turkey 101 bourbon |
1 whole | Egg (white & yolk) |
1 barspoon | Double cream / heavy cream |
1 dash (4 drops) | Angostura or other aromatic bitters |
