Cocktail cherries on a pick and an orange twist.
How to make:
Briefly shake all ingredients except soda water and stain into a Collins glass without ice. Top with soda, ice, and garnish.

| 1 dash | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Ancho Reyes chili liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Elijah Craig Small Batch |
| 2 1/2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
