How to make:

1. Chill Coupe glass
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, and shake vigorously over ice
3. Remove ice from cocktail, which can be done by straining the cocktail from one tin to another
4. Dry shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds
5. Double strain cocktail into glass

5/6 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 2/3 fl oz Hendrick's Gin
5/6 fl oz Clear apple juice (not cloudy)
1/6 fl oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
18 barspoon Freshly grated nutmeg
