Bakewell Sour

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Place a Maraschino cherry into the base of the glass before assembling the drink.

How to make:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into the glass over the Maraschino cherry.

1 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Disaronno amaretto
1 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1 dash (4 drops) Angostura or other aromatic bitters
