How to make:
Step 1: Crush fresh cherries in shaker
Step 2: Add spirits and egg whites to shaker
Step 3: Dry shake (no ice)
Step 4: Shake with ice
Step 5: Double strain into rocks glass over ice

| 1 fl oz | Frangelico hazelnut liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3⁄4 fresh | Cherries (destoned) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Galliano Vanilla liqueur |
| 1 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
