How to make:
Fill up cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add all ingredients, except Prosecco & shake 10-15 seconds.
Pour into a coupe glass, top with Prosecco and garnish.

| 2 fl oz | Evan Williams Bottled-In-Bond |
| 1/4 fl oz | Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) |
| 1/4 fl oz | St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Meletti amaro |
| 1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 2 dash | Orange bitters |
| 1 fl oz | Prosecco sparkling wine |
