Garnish:

Freshly grated nutmeg.

How to make:

If serving with egg white: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain out ice, dry shake. Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.

If serving without egg white: Shake all ingredients with ice, pour into ice filled rocks glass. Garnish with maraschino cherry.

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
1 fl oz Rye whiskey (90-98 proof) 45-49% alc./vol.)
1/2 fl oz Drambuie liqueur
1/2 fl oz Aperol Aperitivo
3 dash Orange bitters
1/4 fl oz Pimento dram/Allspice liqueur
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
