How to make:
Stir and strain into a chilled glass containing a maraschino cherry. (I used the Martinez glass pictured and Fee's Aztec Chocolate Bitters.)
| 2 fl oz | Cognac (brandy) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Fino sherry |
| 2 dash | Bob's Chocolate bitters |
