Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
Rinse a small crystal glass with Absinthe. Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake well. Double strain over a clear ice cube. Garnish with a Dehydrated Lemon Wheel.
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Jasmine sugar syrup |
| 1 dash | Cardamom bitters |
| 1 drop | Absinthe verte |
