
Peel of tangerine
Take half a tangerine (or 4 wedges) and squeeze it into a shaker. Muddle carefully to release a bit of the oils from the skin.
Then add all the ingredients, add ice, and shake well.
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and enjoy.
1 1/2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Maple syrup |
4 wedge | Tangerine / Mandarin / Clementine (fresh fruit) |
