Skewered caramelised banana (slice banana and add sprinkle of granulated sugar then torch until caramelised) and mint bouquet.
1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
2. Prepare garnish of skewered caramelised banana and mint bouquet.
3. WHIP SHAKE all ingredients apart from Oloroso sherry with ice.
4. POUR into chilled glass filled with crushed ice.
5. FLOAT Oloros sherry.
6. Garnish with caramelised banana and mint bouquet.
2/3 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Appleton Signature rum |
2/3 fl oz | Tempus Fugit Crème de Banane Liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Martell V.S. Cognac |
1/3 fl oz | Monin Orgeat syrup |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Oloroso sherry |
