Garnish with a mandarine orange wheel and Tajín rim.
Express the bitter oil from two or three lime peels and add all ingredients, including the lime peels to a mixing glass. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until chilled. Serve in a short glass over a big ice and garnish with a mandarine orange wheel and Tajín rim (With juice from a mandarine orange, affix Tajín to one side of the rim of the glass).
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
2 fl oz | San Cosme 100% agave Espadin joven mezcal |
1/2 fl oz | Ancho Reyes Verde chili liqueur |
1 barspoon | Agave syrup |
3 swath | Lime zest (peel) |
4 pinch | Chili lime salt (Tajín seasoning) |
