
Mandarine peel. Please do squeeze it in and out the glass. Ice block.
Please make sure your lemon is freshly squeezed and strained.
Poor all ingredients into a boston shaker full ice.
Shake it with ice, then without (reverse dry shake).
Fine strain into a old fashion glass, clear ice block.
1 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
1 1/6 fl oz | Villa Massa Limoncello |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 fl oz | Egg white |
