DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain back into shaker. SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

5/6 fl oz | Buffalo Trace Bourbon (40%) |
1/2 fl oz | Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/3 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight) |
1/2 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
